An Audience-Owned deployment is licensed around a specific approved audience, a defined lifecycle, authorized moments within that lifecycle, and the operator approved to govern the deployment. The audience owner retains control of its existing audience, relationships, event operations, pricing decisions, and approved vendor or sponsor participation. Rivalry Commerce licenses and orchestrates the independent commerce layer described in the applicable written agreement.
Do not send confidential business methods, unreleased creative, protected data, or proprietary materials unless Rivalry Commerce has agreed in writing to receive them under appropriate confidentiality terms.
Materials submitted through ordinary email or public inquiry channels may be used to evaluate and respond to the inquiry, but submission alone does not create a license, partnership, fiduciary relationship, or obligation to proceed.
Licensing, deployment, co-branding, content-use, or intellectual-property requests should identify the requesting entity, proposed use, event or market, requested term, distribution channels, and relevant rights-holder authority.
Send requests to info@rivalrycommerce.com.
Submit the proposed use, entity, event, market, and requested term for review.
